A Really Large Rubik’s Cube?, originally uploaded by stevenharris. This large cube rests on top of the beig Chapters book store at Richmond and John Streets. It’s a very uniquely designed building housing, among other things, the Scotiabank Theatre Cineplex as well.

City Hall Skaters, originally uploaded by stevenharris. It was a beautiful day today. After a cold spell, followed by a few record warm, wet days we seem to be back to our normal Toronto winter. Given the nice weather the ice skaters were out in force in front of City Hall.

Painted Houses

These colourful buildings are found in the Liberty Village area of Toronto. They remind me a little of the wonderfully painted houses found in suburban Cape Town.

The Giant Thimble

This colourful giant thimble marks the centre of Toronto’s Fashion District. I apologize for the photo being a little skewed. I was walking across a busy crossing while taking it.
